The front porch has long been a place for friends and neighbors to gather together, laugh, and get to know one another. Although the front porch may have lost its place in our culture, here at Providence we want to encourage a “front porch community” in the lives of our people.

We do that through our front porch community groups that meet throughout the area. These are informal groups that get together a couple of times during the month for a meal and friendship. Everyone is welcome to try out one of these groups and get to know some of the folks of Providence.
